Alison Dubose

Alison DuBose has over 20 years of experience in project management and talent acquisition. Alison is currently working at Unicon, Inc. as the Director of Project Management and a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Prior to their current role, they held various positions at Unicon, Inc. including Director of Project Management from 2011-2018 and PMO Manager from 2004-2008. Alison also worked as a Program Manager at Bay Area Tech Workers and as the Director of Product & Technology at Cisco Learning Institute. Before that, they were a Business Analyst at Unicon, Inc. and Accenture at American Express.

Alison DuBose obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) from the University of Phoenix from 1995 to 1997. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including Six Sigma Green Belt Professional from 6SigmaStudy in May 2011, Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute in April 2011, PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner from the Project Management Institute in September 2012, and Certified Scrum Master from ScrumAlliance in August 2011.
