Caireen Toal

Caireen Toal is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in HR management across various sectors. Currently serving as Human Resources Director at Unicorn Group since October 2018, Caireen previously held the position of HR Manager at SPA NURSING HOMES LIMITED, overseeing HR operations for a group of six nursing homes in Northern Ireland from June 2006 to October 2018. Additional HR management experience includes roles at Moveford Limited for a KFC franchise in Dublin and Limerick, and Ladbury Enterprises Limited for a Pizza Hut franchise covering 26 units. Caireen began a career in HR at Wincanton, where responsibilities included setting up HR functions for a distribution center, and initiated HR experience at Boots UK as a Team Manager before transitioning to HR Assistant. Caireen holds a Postgraduate Diploma in HR Management from Queen's University Belfast and a BSc Hons in Communications from Ulster University.
