Maaike Bergsma

Maaike Bergsma serves as Programmaleider PO-VO at Sterk Techniekonderwijs regio Zoetermeer since August 2023 and has been the Directeur of basisschool Het Noorderlicht at Unicoz Onderwijsgroep since April 2021. Prior roles at UNICOZ education group from September 2006 to May 2021 include Adjunct directeur, IB-er with adjunct tasks, Interim intern begeleider, and various teaching positions. Educational qualifications include a Schoolleider vakbekwaam degree from Pentanova, completion of a post-hbo program in Lichamelijke opvoeding from Inholland University of Applied Sciences, and a Bachelor in onderwijs focused on intern begeleiding and remedial teaching from Inholland University of Applied Sciences. Further training includes a workshop in Timeleadership at Unicoz and ongoing studies at Pentanova.
