Tamara Cvijanović

Tamara Cvijanović is an experienced professional currently serving as a Relationship Manager, Customer Experience Specialist, and Head of Customer Experience Management at UniCredit Bank a.d. Banja Luka since March 2021. Prior to this, Tamara worked as a Community Manager at Freelancing.ba and as a Digital Marketing Specialist at JSGuru from August 2020 to March 2021. Earlier roles include Copywriter positions at Born Digital, Support Marketing Centar, and AQUARIUS between 2019 and 2020, as well as an internship at the Faculty of Political Sciences Banja Luka in 2017-2018. Tamara holds a Master’s degree in Culturology from the University of Belgrade and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Sciences from the Faculty of Sciences, University of Banja Luka.
