Ivana Lonjak Dam, MBA, CFA, currently serves as the Head of Risk Management and Chief Risk Officer at UniCredit Bank Hungary since April 2020. With extensive experience in credit and strategic risk management across various regions, Ivana has held significant positions within the UniCredit Group, including overseeing credit risk and risk oversight management for the CEE Division and managing strategic risk topics at multiple entities. Prior to their current role, Ivana contributed to risk integration and compliance efforts at UniCredit Bank Austria AG and played a key role in developing collateral tools and rating models at Zagrebacka banka. Ivana is pursuing an Executive Master in Change from INSEAD and holds an MBA and a University Degree in Economics from the University of Zagreb, along with being a CFA candidate.
