Laura Tengerdi

Laura Tengerdi, CCXP, currently serves as the Head of Customer Experience and Managing Director at UniCredit Bank Hungary, where responsibilities include developing a customer-centric culture and managing customer satisfaction and complaints. Laura co-founded and leads CXPA Hungary, focusing on building customer-centric organizations through strategic customer experience practices. Prior experience includes roles at Budapest Bank Zrt. as an Executive Advisor and Head of Marketing, Communications and Customer Experience, as well as significant marketing and brand leadership positions at GE Capital and Unilever. Laura holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Budapest Business University.
