Michaël Blanc is an experienced professional in real estate project management, currently serving as Responsable de Programmes Immobiliers at Vilogia Premium since September 2022. Previously, Michaël held the position of Chef de Projets Immobiliers at Ametis Groupe from October 2021 to September 2022 and worked in a similar role as Responsable de Programmes Immobiliers at Spie batignolles from September 2020 to October 2021. At HABITAT HAUTS-DE-FRANCE, from November 2008 to August 2019, Michaël managed various programs in the tertiary, specific, and residential sectors, overseeing feasibility studies, project assembly, and technical and financial management. Michaël's career began at Habitat du Littoral, where responsibilities included leading projects from initial sketches to market negotiations.
