Prior to that, they served as Head of Retail Segments & Products, Deputy Head of Retail Segments & Products, and Head of Retail & Business Clients Risk Department at UniCredit Bank Serbia. Before joining UniCredit Bank Serbia, they worked as Chief of Network Support for Business Clients at HVB Bank Serbia and as a team leader and relationship manager at National Savings Bank Serbia. Rastko also has experience in the financial department during their civilian army service at Clinical Medical Center - "Bezanijska Kosa".
Rastko Nicic obtained a Master's Degree in Specialization in Electronic Business from the Faculty of Organizational Sciences at the University of Belgrade in the years 2002 to 2003. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Belgrade between 1996 and 2002. In their formative years, Rastko attended the High School X Belgrade gymnasium "Mihajlo Pupin" in Belgrade, where they completed their high school education from 1992 to 1996.
