Feza Tan has a diverse and extensive work experience. FEZA is currently serving as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of UniCredit Bank Romania since November 2021. Prior to that, they were the CEO and Chairwoman of the Management Board at UniCredit Bank Serbia from February 2018 to September 2021.

Feza Tan attended Boğaziçi University from 1988 to 1993, where they studied economics. In 1996, they attended The University of Manchester briefly to study risk management. Prior to attending university, Feza Tan completed their secondary education at Kadıköy Anadolu Lisesi ve Maarif Koleji.
