Dimitar Terziev

Dimitar Terziev has been with UniCredit Bulbank since August 2006, where currently serves as the Manager of the Digital Marketing and Advertising Team, focusing on strategic planning and collaboration with internal and external agencies to drive marketing campaigns. Previously held roles include Manager of Customer Experience Design & Initiatives Team, where expertise in customer journey mapping improved client interactions, and Product Development Expert, specializing in deposit and savings products. Terziev has experience with affluent clients as a Segment Manager and Relationship Manager, managing a portfolio of affluent clients. In 2018, Terziev participated in a customer acquisition strategist role at Yapı Kredi through the UniCredit Learn&Share program, focusing on customer onboarding and retention strategies. Terziev holds a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance from Tsenov Academy of Economics.
