Milen Stoilov

Milen Stoilov has extensive experience in the banking and customer service sectors, with significant roles at UniCredit Bulbank since May 2008, where responsibilities have included managing card fraud management and transaction monitoring, overseeing special investigations and audits, and managing customer complaint processes. Milen has a solid background in auditing and process optimization, demonstrated through various managerial positions aimed at enhancing team performance and operational efficiency. Prior to joining UniCredit Bulbank, Milen worked at Inline Ltd. in various capacities, culminating in the role of Operations Manager, and has a strong foundation in customer service operations. Milen holds a Bachelor's degree in Educational Studies and the Arts from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski and a High School Diploma in Banking from the National Trade and Banking High School.
