Andy Lupo

Andy Lupo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in compliance, legal, and financial sectors. Currently, Lupo serves as the Head of Compliance and Head of Legal and Compliance at UniCredit Bank in New York, while also holding the position of President at UniCredit Capital Markets since its formation in 2008. Additionally, Lupo has been the Chairman of the West Windsor Parking Authority since 2003 and a Co-Founder of the Alan Slepman Football League since 1989. Past roles include Independent Board Member at MusclePharm Corporation, where responsibilities included Chair of the Compensation Committee and membership in the Audit and Governance Committees, as well as President of West Windsor Little League from 1998 to 2010. Lupo's earlier career features positions at HVB, First Union, PaineWebber, and EF Hutton, culminating with a BS in Accounting from the University of Scranton.
