Emilio Piancone has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Emilio began their career as an Operator U.n.e.p. at Corte d'Appello in 1996. Emilio then worked as an Istruttore Contabile at Regione Lombardia in 1996-1997. Emilio later joined Provincia di Milano, where they served as a Segreteria di Direzione - Settore Economia e Lavoro from 1998 to 2000. During this time, they also briefly worked as a Tecnico Assistenza Clienti at Omnitel Pronto Italia. In 2000, Emilio joined TBO Consulting as an Application Consultant until 2002, when they joined SAS as a Product Manager e Business Developer Financial Applications. Emilio worked at SAS until 2007, including the role of Head of Credit Tools Quality Assurance at Unicredit from 2007 to 2011. Emilio then worked at i-Faber S.p.A. as an Account Manager from June to November 2011. Finally, they returned to Unicredit as a Vice President, Head of Group Wide Risk Data Quality from January 2012 onwards.

Emilio Piancone obtained a Laurea degree in Economics and Commerce from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, where they studied from 1992 to 1998. Prior to that, they completed their Diploma in Programming Accounting at Istituto Tecnico Commerciale "Gino Zappa" from 1987 to 1992.
