Fabio Saccone has a diverse work experience in the legal and corporate sector. Fabio began their career as a Trainee and Associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP in 2005, where they later became a Senior Associate. Fabio then worked as an Analyst at Banca d'Italia from 2009 to 2011. In 2012, they rejoined Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton as a Senior Associate, specializing in regulatory and corporate matters. In 2017, they became a Partner at Gattai, Minoli, Agostinelli & Partners, focusing on regulatory and corporate practice in the banking and financial sector. Fabio currently holds the position of First Vice President, Legal at UniCredit since 2018. Throughout their career, Fabio has gained extensive experience in compliance, corporate governance, and advising clients on a range of regulatory issues.
Fabio Saccone completed their education with a strong focus on law. Fabio earned a Bachelor's degree in Company Law from Università Bocconi in 2004. Following that, they pursued further studies and obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Corporate and Business Law from the same institution in 2012. In 2008, they also attended Harvard Law School, where they obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) degree. Prior to their legal studies, Fabio Saccone completed their high school education at Scuola militare Nunziatella, where they received a Maturità classica qualification in 2000.
