Francesca Tondi Guy

Francesca Tondi Guy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in governance, investment, and advisory roles. Currently serving as a Non Executive Director at UniCredit, Francesca is also the Chair of the ESG Committee and a member of the Risk & Controls Committee. Additional roles include non-executive positions at Piraeus Bank, where Francesca chaired the ESG Committee, and COLEHERNE COURT FREEHOLD LIMITED. As an investor, Francesca is actively involved with multiple organizations, including Nuggets and Ohme, and has contributed to the angel investment scene as a member of Chapter Zero, Angel Academe, and the FINTECH Circle. Francesca is recognized for leadership in climate governance through the Climate Governance Initiative and holds a business degree from Università Bocconi, along with a certification from ESCP Business School in Fintech.
