Ivaylo Gorchev

Ivaylo Gorchev is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in risk management and corporate banking, currently serving as Deputy Coordinator for Large Credit Transactions in Central and Eastern Europe at UniCredit since October 2013. Previous roles at UniCredit include Deputy Head of Senior Risk Management and Head of Central Europe Team, where Ivaylo managed risk across various legal entities and industries. Prior experience includes positions at Postbank and KPMG, with responsibilities spanning financial analysis, credit proposal preparation, and auditing. Ivaylo holds an EMBA from COTRUGLI Business School and a BSBA from City University of Seattle, and has furthered expertise through specialized training at institutions like SDA Bocconi and a Harvard-affiliated center. In addition, Ivaylo is currently mentoring young professionals through the organization Mentor the Young.
