Luca De Dominicis has a wealth of experience in the finance industry. Luca began their career in 1999 as an Analyst/Associate at Arthur Andersen & Co., where they worked until 2002. Luca then joined Deloitte as an Associate in Corporate Finance and stayed until 2003. In 2003, Luca joined Mediocredito Centrale as an Associate in Corporate Finance and worked there until 2005. Luca then moved to Capitalia, where they worked as a Vice President in Corporate Finance from 2006 to 2007.

In 2007, Luca started working at UniCredit, where they took on various roles throughout the years. Luca began as a Director in Corporate Finance - Advisory and worked there until 2010. From 2010 to 2012, they served as the Director of Real Estate Financing. Luca was then promoted to Managing Director in Corporate Structured Finance and held that position until 2017. Luca was subsequently the Head of Corporate Structured Finance from 2017 to 2021. In 2022, they became the Head of Acquisition & Structured Finance for Large Corporates and Financial Institutions. Currently, Luca is serving as the Global Head of Portfolio Management at UniCredit, a position they have held since 2023.

Luca De Dominicis obtained a Laurea degree in Economics from Sapienza Università di Roma from 1994 to 1999. In 2001, they attended an Andersen In-House Training program focused on Corporate Finance Modelling for Business planning and profitability. In 2018, Luca completed an Executive Program at Singularity University. More recently, in 2020, they completed a course on Leading Hybrid Teams at PDT Global. Additionally, Luca briefly attended the University of California, Berkeley in 1994, but no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for this period.
