Nicholas Burman has a diverse work experience in the legal and financial sectors. Nicholas started their career as a Legal Intern at Clifford Chance LLP, where they gained exposure to corporate finance. Nicholas then interned at Venda, a legal role that provided him with practical experience. Nicholas joined Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, serving as a Corporate Paralegal, before moving to Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates, where they spent four years as a Senior Corporate Paralegal. Most recently, they joined UniCredit as a Senior Associate in Markets Advisory & Regulatory Management, and subsequently, they became the Vice President of Market Integrity & Enforcement.
Nicholas Burman attended the University of Kent from 2010 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree. Nicholas then pursued a Legal Practice Course (LPC) at The University of Law from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2010, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics and Business Management from Università degli Studi dell'Aquila. Nicholas completed their high school education at ITASS Elena di Savoia, L'Aquila, Italy, from 2005 to 2007, receiving a High School Diploma in Modern Languages. Nicholas Burman also holds additional certifications in VP Fast Track - UC StartUp from Talent Garden Innovation School and Advanced Project Management from Politecnico di Milano.
