Alice Spadaro

Alice Spadaro has extensive experience in human resources and operations management, currently serving as a Group People Analytics Strategic Partner and HR Business Partner at UniCredit since June 2016. In this role, Alice is responsible for recruitment and hiring initiatives for apprentices and professionals in the Lombardy region. Prior to UniCredit, Alice held various positions at Hollister Co. from November 2010 to May 2016, including Operations Management Supervisor and Assistant Manager, where responsibilities encompassed store management, customer service, and visual merchandising. Alice also gained experience in the food service industry as a Server at Figo Pasta while in the United States. Educational qualifications include a degree in International Sciences and European Institutions from Università degli Studi di Milano, alongside language studies at the Georgia Tech Language Institute and a linguistic diploma from Itt Pier Paolo Pasolini.
