Antonio Lopreste

Antonio Lopreste is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in the payments and banking sectors. Currently serving as Vice President Senior Analyst/Payments Expert at UniCredit since July 2008, Antonio supports the Issuing & Acquiring Manager through performance analysis, product line establishment, and strategic oversight. Antonio has also led multidisciplinary teams focused on payment innovation and market analysis, contributing to the development of data-driven insights for payment behaviors and trends. Prior to UniCredit, Antonio held various roles including Business Controller at Agos Ducato Spa and Planner at Findomestic Banca SpA, with responsibilities spanning budgeting, financial reporting, and product analysis. Antonio holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from Università Ca'​ Foscari Venezia and has completed military training as a Second Lieutenant.
