Luca Caldera

Luca Caldera is currently the Head of Territorial Development at UniCredit Region Lombardia. Prior to this role, Luca held various positions at UniCredit, including Head of Internal Controls for both the Southern and Northwestern territories, as well as roles in client strategies. Previous experience includes managing HR functions at Bipop Carire and UniCredit Bank, where Luca was responsible for HR in the Eastern Lombardy region. Luca's career in administration began at Foodmark spa, and they have a foundational background in human resources and administration.
