Maria Chiara Manzoni

Maria Chiara Manzoni serves as the Head of CIB Business & Process Transformation and Head of CIB HR at UniCredit, holding the position of Executive Vice President since October 2009. In this global COO role, Maria Chiara leads digital evolution and regulatory projects, oversees process redesign initiatives, and manages associated IT and cost budgets, along with responsibilities in Markets Business Development. Additionally, Maria Chiara has been a Non-Executive Board Member at UniCredit Bank Hungary since January 2020 and previously held the role of Deputy Chairman and Non-Executive Board Member at I-Faber from August 2015 to April 2018. Prior to UniCredit, Maria Chiara was an Associate Principal at McKinsey from January 2000 to September 2009. Educational credentials include an MBA from INSEAD and a degree in Economics from Università Bocconi.
