Roberta Capellini is a Research and Design Manager with over 10 years of experience in behavioral science and psychology. They hold a PhD in Social and Cognitive Psychology from the University of Milan-Bicocca, where their research focused on social attention, User Experience (UX), and digital behavioral change interventions. Roberta has led service design projects across various industries at Avanade and currently serves as Head of User Research & Service Design at the Customer Experience Center of UniCredit Group. They also teach at NABA and CIID, and are a founding member of User Research Italia.
