Pramod Gupta

Pramod Gupta has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Pramod is currently the EVP of Pharmaceutical & Business Operations at Unicycive Therapeutics Inc. Prior to that, they served as the SVP of Pharmaceutical Operations at Spectrum Pharmaceuticals from 2010 to 2018, where they were responsible for product development of oncology drugs and commercial products manufacturing. Pramod also held leadership positions at Bausch & Lomb as the Vice President of Global Development R&D, Baxter as the Senior Director of Pharmaceutical Research, TAP Pharmaceutical Products as a Manager/Director, and Abbott Laboratories as a Senior Scientist/Project Leader. Throughout their career, Gupta has demonstrated expertise in formulation development, analytical development, stability testing, clinical supplies, regulatory dossier writing, and intellectual property management. Pramod has contributed to the launch of over 20 products globally and has managed teams and budgets of significant scale.

Pramod Gupta's education history begins with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Saugar, Saugar, which they earned from 1979 to 1983. Pramod then pursued a PhD in Pharmaceutics from the University of Otago between 1983 and 1987. Following this, they completed a Post-doctoral Research program in Pharmaceutics at the University of Kentucky from 1987 to 1988.
