Alan Buxey

Alan Buxey is a seasoned professional in the field of IT and verification engineering, currently serving as a Senior Verification Engineer at UNiDAYS since April 2017. In this role, Alan manages operational tasks and maintains the configuration of SAML2 and OAuth2.0 environments, while also auditing various data sets. Previously, Alan provided technical support for eduroam in the UK at Jisc from May 2006 to March 2017, contributing to the development of the service in alignment with European initiatives. Alan's extensive experience also includes roles at Loughborough University and University College London, where expertise in IT services and support was developed. Alan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Sussex, completed alongside a PhD in Chemical Physics.
