Ingrid will lead the Compass Community Living (CCL) sales team as senior vice president. She has been an integral part of the Compass senior leadership team over the last 15 years. She has led winning sales teams for Canteen, SSC, Chartwells K12 and Flik Independent School Dining. Ingrid drives success by team development and building great relationships with her operating partners . With her 23 years of sales leadership experience, she brings passion for people and winning to fuel the continued CCL growth.
