Currently serving as General Manager at Unidine since 2025, they previously held leadership roles including Director of Dining Services at Goodwin Living and Executive Chef positions at Food and Friends, Treasure Dining Room, and KidzTable. Peter has consistently demonstrated expertise in streamlining operations, improving service, and enhancing client relations while adhering to high safety and sanitation standards.
