Paul Holtom is the Head of Conventional Arms Programme at UNIDIR, where Paul has been since June 2021. Prior to this, Paul held the position of Head of Policy and Capacity Support Unit at Small Arms Survey. With a background in Russian and East European Studies, including a PhD from the University of Birmingham, Paul has extensive experience in research and analysis within the fields of disarmament and arms control.
