Alessandra Céspedes is an accomplished Digital Marketing Coordinator with a strong background in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. Currently working at UnidosUS since May 2023, Alessandra previously held similar roles at Employment Enterprises, Inc. and KLIK, where responsibilities included creating content calendars, developing digital campaigns, and analyzing ad performance to enhance social media engagement. Alessandra's experience also includes consulting for OASIS Fine Art & Craft, contributing as a Teaching Assistant at James Madison University, and performing research related to immigrant business owners. With a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from James Madison University and additional educational experience at Universidad Tecnológica de Bolívar, Alessandra possesses a well-rounded understanding of marketing strategies and analytics.

UnidosUS (formerly National Council of La Raza, NCLR)—the largest national Hispanic civil rights and advocacy organization in the United States—works to improve opportunities for Hispanic Americans. Through its network of nearly 300 affiliated community-based organizations (CBOs), UnidosUS reaches millions of Hispanics each year in 41 states, Puerto Rico, and the District of Columbia. To achieve its mission, UnidosUS conducts applied research, policy analysis, and advocacy, providing a Latino perspective in five key areas—assets/investments, civil rights/immigration, education, employment and economic status, and health. In addition, it provides capacity-building assistance to its Affiliates who work at the state and local level to advance opportunities for individuals and families.
