Francesco Privitera

Francesco Privitera has been with Unieuro S.p.A. since June 2012, first serving as a Network Administrator and currently holding the position of Retail Technologies & IT Service & TLC Manager. Key responsibilities include project management, network design, maintenance, and advanced problem-solving, in addition to overseeing a second-level helpdesk and managing a first-level helpdesk team. Significant projects include the design and implementation of the IT infrastructure for Unieuro's new logistics center in Piacenza in 2018, as well as the rapid installation of IT infrastructure for four major retail acquisitions between 2017 and 2018. Prior experience includes an internship at IFOA, involving training courses on Cisco and Alcatel technologies and collaboration on system maintenance. Francesco Privitera holds a Laurea Specialistica in Telecommunications Engineering from Università di Catania, alongside additional educational experience from İstanbul Teknik Üniversitesi and a Laurea triennale in Telecommunications Engineering from Università di Catania, complemented by a scientific high school diploma.
