Lori Schmitt

Lori Schmitt has work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Lori began their career in 2005 at SUPERVALU INC as an HR Generalist, where they worked until 2011. In 2011, they joined Metropolitan Heart and Vascular Institute as an HR Manager and remained in that role until 2023. Currently, Lori serves as the Human Resources Director at Unifeye Vision Partners, a position they have held since 2023.

Lori Schmitt completed their education at the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management from 2004 to 2006. During this time, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations. Prior to their time at the University of Minnesota, they attended The College of St. Scholastica from 2000 to 2004. At St. Scholastica, they achieved a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Applied Economics and Psychology.
