Khurm H. has a diverse work experience in the manufacturing industry. Khurm started their career at Unifi Manufacturing, Inc. in 2000, where they held various roles such as R&D/Quality Supervisor and R&D/Quality Engineer. In these roles, they were responsible for expediting special projects, running commercial colors in production, and maintaining quality assurance systems.

In 2003, Khurm became the POY Process Control Manager, where they focused on daily process control adjustments, identifying root cause issues, and designing product capabilities. Khurm later served as the POY Manufacturing Manager & Quality Assurance Manager, overseeing changes in practices and procedures, measuring process improvements, and training personnel on standards measurements and management.

From 2005 to 2019, Khurm held multiple positions at Unifi, including Product Development Manager and Product Line Manager. In these roles, they were involved in supplier quality initiatives, product development, and managing specific product lines. Khurm also worked as a Commercial Manager, responsible for purchasing waste materials and commercializing recycled rPET resin to various markets.

In 2017, Khurm joined Unifi Asia Pacific (HK) Co., Ltd as the Supply Chain Director, overseeing supply chain operations.
