As the Founder and Managing Director of Trotter Ventures since 2015, Paul focuses on empowering organizations and individuals through strategic consulting and innovation. Active in the entrepreneurial community, Paul is a member of Flying Kiwi Angels, which supports NZ start-ups, and the Institute of Directors in New Zealand, enhancing governance practices. Formerly the CEO and now Non-Executive Director of Author-it, Paul contributed significantly to the company’s growth from its inception in 2000. Additional board roles include Chair of Devoli, and Independent Director positions at Collective Hospitality Limited, HipGroup, and Jacobsen, showcasing Paul’s extensive experience in diverse industries.
