Adam Wolf

Adam Wolf serves as the Associate Director for Special Projects in the City of Detroit's Department of Innovation and Technology, overseeing American Rescue Plan Act and Fiscal Recovery Funds projects with a portfolio exceeding $90 million. Previously, Adam was a Project Construction Manager at DISH Network, contributing to the development of America's first 5G network across Michigan. Adam's extensive experience in the US Navy includes various program management roles, notably in submarine communication facilities and undersea research, earning recognition such as the Presidential Unit Commendation. Adam holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Project Management from Trident University International, alongside specialized training from the Naval Submarine School in electronics warfare and network administration.
