Dustin Jones

Dustin Jones has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the retail industry. Dustin started their career as an Assistant to the CEO at Tropical Sportswear International, where they gained experience in market analysis, apparel design, and inventory forecasting. Dustin then moved on to Kater Shop, Inc., where they excelled as a Store Manager, managing sales staff, re-opening the men's dress shoe business, and introducing the company to online retailing.

Jones joined Macy's East/Merchandising Group and held multiple roles, including Assistant Buyer, Associate Buyer, and Product Assistant. Dustin was responsible for various departments, overseeing time and action, and handling a significant annual volume.

At Macy's East, Jones continued to climb the corporate ladder and became a Buyer in the Boy's 2-20 department, where they achieved consistent sales growth. Dustin also served as an Interim Buyer for Neo-Traditional Sportswear, managing a portfolio of vendors and focusing on Neo-Traditional classifications.

Jones then moved to Macy's, Inc., where they held several Senior Vice President positions. Dustin directed strategic merchandising vision for Women's Ready-to-Wear and led the Women's Outerwear, Activewear, and Swimwear divisions. Dustin contributed to significant growth in the Activewear category, launching new brands and achieving sales targets.

In 2011, Jones was hired as the Vice President for Macy's.com - Men's & Kids, where they oversaw the strategic merchandising vision for those categories. Dustin contributed to the success of Macys.com and its position as the fourth largest online retailer in America.

Jones then joined Fung Retailing Limited as the Managing Director, responsible for leading the retail organization into the era of "New Retail." During their time there, they founded Asia Retail Company, a joint venture with Alibaba Group that focused on providing services for China's complex retail market.

In 2020, Jones joined UCG Canada Holdings, Inc. as the President, continuing their leadership roles in the retail industry.

Currently, they are also co-founder and CEO of Unified Commerce Group, where they are driving growth and success in the company.
