Joel I. Perez

Joel I. Perez has extensive experience in project management within the construction and hardware industries. Currently serving as Project Manager at Unified Door and Hardware Group since December 2016, Joel previously held the position of Assistant Project Manager at Commercial Hardware of MD, Inc. from November 2013 to December 2016. Prior to these roles, Joel worked as a Machine Operator at Duesmann & Hensel Recycling North America, Inc. from January 2013 to November 2013, and as a Shipping & Receiving Supervisor at J & C Tropicals from November 2010 to December 2012, where responsibilities included overseeing shipping processes and quality checks. Joel's career began as a Warehouse Manager at UMS - Door Guys, focusing on inventory control and procurement. Educationally, Joel holds an Associate's Degree in Building Construction Technology and a Certificate in Drafting & Design Assistant from Miami Dade College, and is currently pursuing further education at Camden County College and Rowan College at Burlington County.
