Hady Awar serves as a Supply Chain Senior Manager at Unified Hospitality since October 2022, bringing extensive experience in operations and management from previous roles as Director of Operations at Al Wazzan Group and Al Roshanah Group. Hady co-founded and held the position of Managing Partner at KanZaman & Casa De Familia Restaurant from March 2018 to November 2020 and was previously the Restaurant General Manager at Phoenicia Beirut from March 2011 to March 2018. Hady's educational background includes a BTS in Hospitality Management from the Institute MOYEN-ORIENT, affiliated with the Academy of Toulouse, obtained between 1998 and 2002.
