Vivek Surendran

Vivek Surendran currently serves as a Restaurant General Manager at Unified Hospitality since October 2021, where responsibilities include leading staff, managing budgets, and utilizing analytical skills for data-driven decisions. Recognized as the 2023 Restaurant Manager of the Year by Leaders in Hospitality KSA, Vivek's experience spans various roles in the food service industry, including positions at SADF as a Restaurant Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager, BurgerFuel as a Shift Manager and Restaurant Supervisor, and Steakhouse as a Restaurant Supervisor. Early career experience includes a Food and Beverage Supervisor role at Shilpa Residency in India. Vivek holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management from Periyar University, completed in April 2011.
