Richard Frain PMP, TSSP

Richard Frain PMP, TSSP has over 40 years of professional experience. Richard began their career in 1977 as an Automotive Parts rebuilding at Custom Automotive Industries. In 1979, they joined the US Navy as an Aviation. In 2012, they joined the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority as a Superintendent- Car Service and Inspection, where they were responsible for Rail Car Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, Inspection, Troubleshooting, Quality Control, Training, Program Management, Human Resources, Safety Management, and Environmental Compliance. In 2021, they joined Unified Industries Incorporated as a Senior Quality Assurance Manager.

Richard Frain PMP, TSSP obtained their Electrical Trades Diploma from William E. Grady Vocational and Technical High School between 1976 and 1979. Richard also attended Northern Virginia Community College from 1984 to 1985. In addition, they hold a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute, and a US Dept. of Transportation Transit Safety and Security Program Certificate from the U.S. Department of Transportation.
