Paul Hawkinson

Paul Hawkinson has had a diverse range of work experiences. Paul is currently the Co-Founder & Executive Director at Transform Capital since January 2021. Prior to this role, Paul worked as an Associate Professor of Business Strategy & Finance at North Park University starting in August 2019. Before that, they served as a Strategic Advisor & CFO at Unified Information Devices from 2014 onwards. Paul also held various positions at the Evangelical Covenant Church, including Director of Pensions & Strategic Projects and Executive Director of Finance, from August 2014 to July 2020. Preceding these roles, they were a Partner at AHP Capital Management from August 2012 to January 2014. Paul's previous experience includes working as the Managing Director, Sector Head at BMO Capital Markets from June 2007 to August 2012, Managing Director, Investment Banking at Bank of America from March 2005 to June 2007, and Director, Investment Banking at Deutsche Bank from January 1997 to March 2005. Paul started their career as an Audit Professional at Deloitte from 1992 to 1995.

Paul Hawkinson has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from North Park University. Paul also obtained a Master of Finance degree from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Paul has additional certifications in Understanding Media by Understanding Google from Coursera and is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of Illinois.
