Shawn Ambwani

Shawn Ambwani is the COO and Founder at Unified Patents. Prior to this, they were with Unified Brands, Boston University School of Law, and Unified Patents. Shawn has also chaired the High Tech Sector for the Licensing Executives Society (U.S.A. and Canada), Inc. from October 2014 to October 2015, and the Mobile & Consumer Electronics Subcommittee from October 2011 to October 2012. Shawn has also been VP Licensing and Business Development at Intertrust from January 2005 to August 2013 where they were responsible for licensing and business development activities, among other things.

Shawn Ambwani attended the University of California, Los Angeles for their Bachelor of Science in Mathematics. Shawn then attended Boston University School of Law for their Juris Doctorate in Intellectual Property Law. Lastly, they completed their MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from Questrom School of Business, Boston University. Shawn is also certified by the State Bar of California as an attorney.
