Unified is currently the largest developer of Retail Grocery outlets and Free Standing QSR and Casual restaurants in the country and is the largest single developer for the Kingdom's largest Grocery Operators including: Al-Azizia Panda United, Bin Dawood Superstores (Danube Hypermarkets), Al-Tamimi Supermarkets as well as growing relationships with others. In addition, Unified is the largest developer for RICC "McDonald's Saudi Arabia"​ as well as Bank Al-Jazira and others who use Unified's ambitious and strategic growth plan as the ideal vehicle for their own growth.

More recently, Unified has partnered with Vox cinemas, multiple fitness operators, Jarir bookstores and more to develop the next generation of mega outdoor shopping centers across the Kingdom.
