Justin Campos

Justin Campos currently serves as the Director of M&A at Unified Service Partners, a position held since August 2025. Prior experience includes working as a Private Equity Associate at Staple Street Capital from July 2022 to February 2025 and as an Investment Banking Analyst at Baird from September 2020 to August 2022. Justin's career began at Baird in a summer analyst role in May 2019. Earlier experience includes a short tenure as a Summer Financial Analyst at Pangea Money Transfer in August 2018 and a long-term role as a Caddie at Butterfield Country Club from April 2012 to August 2017. Justin obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, with additional academic experience at Universitat Pompeu Fabra in 2019, and graduated from Neuqua Valley High School in 2016.
