Doug Banks has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, starting as a Technician at Expanets where Doug installed and serviced NEC and Lucent/Avaya phone systems. Doug later went on to work as a Telecommunications Technician at Strategic Communications before moving to BluePrint Technologies Central Region where Doug held the position of Director of Technical Services. Currently, Doug is employed at Unified Technologies as an Advanced Communications/VOIP Engineer where Doug installs, programs, and services Mitel and Shoretel PBX's, networking equipment, and designs TDM/VOIP telephone systems.
