Serafin began their career at Capital Bank in 1991 as a Network Manager, where they were responsible for overseeing the network infrastructure. Serafin then moved on to Union Planters Bank in 1997, where they served as the VP and Regional NCS Manager, specializing in network computing services. In 2000, they were promoted to VP and Manager of Network Computing Services, where they continued to excel in managing network operations.

In 2004, Serafin joined Regions Financial Corporation as the VP, Desktop Manager, responsible for managing the corporation's desktop infrastructure. Serafin then transitioned to the role of VP, Manager of Technology Field Services, where they oversaw the technology field services department.

Serafin's career took another leap in 2008 when they joined Digital Connections Inc as the National Account Executive. Their role quickly developed into VP of Financial Services / National Accounts, where they focused on strategic partnerships and offered a wide range of services in voice, data, information security, and network infrastructure.

Currently, Serafin is with Unified Tech, where they have held multiple roles since 2012. Serafin started as the VP of Advanced Services, responsible for expanding the company's services network in various industries. In 2017, they took on the role of CIO, where they continue to contribute to the company's growth and success.
