William (Bill) Banks

William (Bill) Banks has a diverse work experience in the audiovisual industry. William (Bill) most recently worked as a Project Manager at UnifiedCommunications.com starting in May 2021. Prior to that, they served as a Senior AV Specialist at DMS from July 2020 to May 2021, where they were responsible for the installation and programming of Zoom rooms, Cisco Conferencing systems, and Microsoft Teams. Bill worked as an Account Manager at Walker Engineering from February 2019 to April 2020, managing day-to-day operations and installations for clients in the security department.

Before that, they served as an ICS Operations Manager at Netrix, LLC in 2018, overseeing operations and budgets for the Install and Service Department in Houston, Texas, and New Orleans, Louisiana. In 2017, Bill briefly served as a Technical Operations Manager at Synergy CT. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as an Installation Manager at AVI-SPL, managing daily operations, client communication, scheduling of technicians, and workforce planning.

Earlier in their career, Bill held the position of Service Manager at AVSIGroup from 2015 to 2016, where they managed the AV Service Department and implemented service policies and procedures.
