Shahbaz A. has extensive experience in sales and marketing within the consulting and recruitment sectors, currently serving as the Director of Sales & Marketing at Poolia Norge since May 2014 and simultaneously holding the position of Senior Key Account Manager at Uniflex. Prior to these roles, Shahbaz A. co-owned Mediecom AS, Norway's first specialized rental and recruitment company for media and communication, and worked at Randstad as Sales Manager and Telenor as Department Director. Shahbaz A. also founded and served as CEO at Webspot AS and started a career as a Support Consultant at Telenor. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in IT from Norges Informasjonsteknologiske Høgskole, complemented by additional training at Ståhl & Partners AB and Valler Vgs.
