Turner Sato has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Starting in 2008, they worked as a PPC Account Manager at Working Planet Marketing Group. They then went on to work as the Public Relations Committee Head at Traverse City Roller Derby in 2011. From 2012 to 2015, Turner served as an SEM Manager at Lett Direct. In 2016 and 2017, they worked as an SEM Manager at Obility. In 2017, Turner joined NurseGrid and held various roles including Marketing Operations Specialist, Product Marketing Manager, and Director of Marketing until 2021. From 2020 to 2021, they served as the Sr. Product Marketing Director at HealthStream. In 2021, Turner worked as the Director of Marketing at Cancer IQ. In 2023, they joined Uniform as the Director of Content and Marketing Operations. Additionally, Turner was a Board Member at ROGUE PACK starting in 2020. Throughout their career, Turner has worked with SaaS and business services clients in various industries including financial, government, healthcare, A/E/C, creative production, archiving, and higher education. They have also partnered with marketing agencies to develop new service lines and drive value for existing clients.

Turner Sato has an Associate in Science and Arts degree in Communications from Northwestern Michigan College. They have also studied Theatre/Theater at Western Michigan University. In addition, Turner Sato holds a Notary Public certification from the State of Oregon, obtained in November 2019.
