Lingling Chen began their career in 2008 as a Student Consultant at China Mobile International Limited. In 2010, they were a Management Consulting Intern at IBM Global Services. In 2012, they were an MBA Intern at Carestream Health in Global Marketing & Product Management. In 2013, they were an Associate Marketing Manager at Rich Products Corporation and an MBA Intern at Xerox in Strategy & Business Operations. In 2017, they were a Brand Management Lead at Nutiva, where they led a 15-person cross-organizational team and owned 4 new product line launches from user behavior research to commercialization. In 2016, they were a Product Strategy & Marketing Advisor at Nextdish. In 2020, they were a Board Member at GirlVentures and a Community Lead at Women In Product. In 2018, they joined Impress (Uniform Teeth) as the Head of Marketing & Growth, North America and was responsible for driving the GTM strategy and execution.

Lingling Chen has a diverse educational background. Lingling obtained their MBA (STEM certified) from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School in 2020, where they received the Dean's Leadership Award. In 2017, they completed a Digital Marketing course at the University of California, Berkeley. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) at South China University of Technology, where they were awarded the National Scholarship (Top 1%) for three years. Lingling also participated in exchange programs at the University of California, Los Angeles and Lingnan University. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Google Analytics for Beginners from Google in 2020, Product Management Foundations from Lynda.com in 2018, Integrated Marketing Communications from Coursera Course Certificates in 2017, and Design Thinking for Innovation from Darden School of Business, University of Virginia in 2016.
