Natalie Loughran began their work experience in finance at Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust as a Treasury Assistant, where they were responsible for tasks such as managing welfare food claims, reconciling payments, and providing month-end support. Natalie then worked at Crowne Plaza Liverpool City Centre as a Senior Accounts Assistant, where they handled payroll, supplier reconciliations, and assisted with monthly management accounts. Finally, they joined Uniform as the Head of Finance, starting as an Accounts Assistant and Studio Coordinator before being promoted to Finance and HR Manager, where they handled various finance duties including credit control, purchase ledger, cash flow management, and management accounts.
